Select the Invites tab

You are redirected to the list of active invites.

To accept an invitation select it and click the Accept button. You will be able to add team members.

If you had created relevant teams before, you will be able to select them by clicking the Select Team button and make necessary changes if required.

You can also complete a new team just for en event. You will only need to add students from the right side of the grid to the left one.  In this case you will also need to fill out the name of the team. 

If you are in a rush or not sure about the team members yet you can just tick “Select team later”.

Click the Accept button.

You have successfully accepted an invitation. 

The fixture is now being displayed in your calendar and in the parents’ calendars provided they have signed up to Squad In Touch. 

and on your public website

Fixture details and team sheets without full children’s surnames are also available to view on the public website.
